I faced display problem on samsung S20 plus on 19th December around 9:45 Pm . All of a sudden display just shows white light and if i connect to charger it shows green light .I can't access any. I don't have any dents ,scratches .Phone never fell down nor got any water seepage into it. When i went to service center next day on 20th around 10am. They looked at my phone and told me display problem and it would cost 18500. That's really expensive and it's just two years completed . I recently updated as well .They said it could be that issue .In that case they should do free of cost but they asking me to pay for them to order and get it fixed in 7 days.1671578962475.jpg1671578962460.jpg

They have to change the display in free of cost if no physical demage or water entry found in your phone. Most of users got this service free atleast one time. Go again there. Start audio recording of your conversation with them if they are refusing again then go to consumer court and fire a complain against the company. Many people got this changing display service in free of cost and why are they refusing to you

I went to service centre earlier today after I contacted customer service thru email . They told me to get a job sheet to proceed further. When the service guy opened the phone and put it back it started working and I can access the phone but I can see some lines going on in screen and service person mentioned as well. I sent the job sheet in email to customer service and now waiting for their reply. I noticed after I came home that service guy didn't glue the back panel very well, It came out. Even I try to put back there's still some gaps left. Think one time screen and battery replacement is valid till 31st December if they satisfied. Hope they replace it before.

I can use my phone now but two days after I locked the phone and went to sleep. I noticed white screen on phone when I woke up and checked it but its like for few seconds then it became normal. It happened same next day as well. I changed some settings like disabled modes and routines which came in new update. Today I didn't faced the white screen. I will see how it performs in coming days.
