its serious issue u should visit ENT specialist to get checked ur EAR

Bro, if you really think that sound is low..then in my opinion visit nearest service center asap
or
compare it with other s20 models
or
perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
perform reset apps prefrences
settings>applications>click at 3 dots>select reset apps prefrences
