I had ordered a galaxy s20+ which was to be  delivered by the 19th of August. No update form the team on why the order is delayed or when will it be delivered. I have tried contacting the customer service several times, every time I get the same response, "we are working on it, it will be delivered as soon as possible".

Such bad service was never expected of Samsung.

Has it been shipped or still in approved stage?

They say it's in transit, but strangely due some technical issue I won't be able to track it.
