Galaxy SI had ordered a galaxy s20+ which was to be delivered by the 19th of August. No update form the team on why the order is delayed or when will it be delivered. I have tried contacting the customer service several times, every time I get the same response, "we are working on it, it will be delivered as soon as possible".
Such bad service was never expected of Samsung.
