Why message icon not change in one ui 3.1 in Galaxy s20 device all devices with one ui 3.1 has changed the icon except S20. Call backgrounds also not added ????

He is indicating to Google Messages I guess.

As Samsung Messages is replaced by Google Messages in S21 lineup he also wants that in his S20

He is just thinking that the logo has been changed but he doesn't know that the whole app has been changed.

Samsung Messages is replaced by Google Messages only in S21 lineup devices and Galaxy A52 and A72 as of now.
You will get it probably in future updates, most probably in One Ui 3.5 update.
