How do I complain about service center fraud.

My S20+ is in pristine cpndition only with micro paint chip on frame. They are denying FOC screen replacement saying my phone is damaged.

They have taken pictures of my phone and they look like a 10 year abused phone. Then they uploades those photos.

I want to take action against these fraudsters.

Help me.

Inspite of the fact that it's a manufacturing defect, Samsung is harassing customers to go to service center. There they would do a water test which would fail because of gap issue which is a manufacturing defect. Does Samsung sell it's phones showing customers that there is no gap. It's pathetic & cheap of Samsung to sell such phones at premium and then harass customers to pay for it. Samsung is turning out to be worse than the small budget phone manufacturers.

We all should tweet to PMO & Electronics Minister. Also legal action should be taken. They are giving free replacement in other countries & just harrasing Indians

Samsung gave new display along with frame at a cost of 750₹ which was labor cost. After a month of mails and calls.

Samsung replacing displays only if your phone have no physical damage and in pristine condition.
