S20 FE screen problem

I bought S20 FE 2 days ago. The app screen is white and bright, although I put it in dark mode and the wallpaper is dark. Does any one know how to fix it or there's a problem with my phone?

it's because you have one UI 3

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have the issue checked by a technician to better resolve it.

Apply dark mode to wallpaper is turned on in wallpaper changer. Turn it off to get the wallpaper back to normal
