S20 FE overheating issue

I bought S20 FE 4G model, the device is getting very hot at the top, camera area being most hit. this is certainly while getting everything setting up and charging at same time. But the heating has not reduced for almost 2 hours. mine is Exynos 990, 8GB, 128GB variant. Please provide the solution as it looks like, I hold iron in my hand.

Bought s20 fe waste of money only. this phone have over heating issue and slow charging even like 3 watt i have tested with different chagers and power bank it some time charges at 5 or 3 watt also

In other countries they stopped selling exynose version beacuse it have heating issue but in pakistan they are still selling this **bleep**
