Hey admins, moderators and BA's please help i recently changed my device from M30s to A50s and i lost my Cloud red voucher. 

And if i try to participate I'm getting this error as not eligible. 

Here is the post i made on task 1 check the SS in that got task1 completed mark in the page.

All vouchers are mapped to IMEIs.

Can you please comment your complete Model no (SM-A5_________)

Will check why benefits are visible for you.
