Few days back brought Galaxy S20 FE 5g from  Amazon. When tried to switch on the phone, it's not starting. Then tried changing the phone for few minutes, nothing. When put it to change also it's not showing any display, just vibrates and make a beep sound.

Return it. It seems a lot of defective units were sold during the sales. I mean they are selling a 40k phone for 26k.

hello i also purchased this unit during sales, phone display BLACKOUT after 6 day of using, so went to service center and they guy told u will get replacement but don't go for replacement go for monoey back beause next phone will have same problem in future..

Faced the same display black out issue post purchase from Amazon. Now not getting any help from Samsung/Amazon. Seems money has been LOST buying SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

don't worry, just go to Samsung service station near your city and u will definetly got piece to piece replacement if your phone is under 14 day policy, if 14 days are passed then u will get free screen replacement.

It is very well within 14 days policy and Samsung Service Center has given me DoA. However, they have denied replacement and asked to contact online dealer (here Amazon) for replacement. In turn Amazon are seeking for Denial of Service letter from Samsung, which Samsung are not providing. In a fix between Samsung and Amazon. 

Not getting support from either of the side. Both are washing their hands off from the replacement.

seems you have been trapped betweeen both, meanwhile please register/share your issue on https://www.onlinelegalindia.com/services/consumer-complaint/

than u have to give a email to both Samsung and Amazon, attached its SS on portal than i think anyone will try to sortout your issue.

Dear Samsung Team,

I already visited nearest service center and received DoA letter and thrn return to Seller get full payment back,

Service center exicutive also told not buy this phone again because some Hardware BUG/Issue is there so better to return it or swith to another model.

So I buy new Motorola mobile and seriouly loosing turst from Samsung.
