S20 FE 5G from Amazon

I had to put a replacement request for S20 FE 5G bought in current sale from Amazon. While tracking ,I am seeing that this replacement piece is coming from Dahali village in Assam. It looks so absurd, why S20 FE 5G is coming from such a place in Assam to Noida. Could it be an indication that piece might be cloned or repaired one etc...? These mobiles are manufactured in Noida factory itself. The first piece came from seller's (Appario Retail Private Ltd) Gurgaon warehouse. Why now from Assam for replacement ? Please suggest if any idea about this

Could be units returned by other customers lol(not sure), cause obviously they get circulated around

So from same place i.e. dahali , Assam ? What is the product and is it working properly or any issue? And which city it is delivered to ?
