Galaxy SSo far I have seen numerous threads here, XDA, Reddit, Telegram and everywhere else about the Wifi issues in S20 FE 5G. My own phone can only transfer things at 30mbps down and 10mbps up from my NAS on the local network where as it should be getting around ~5-600mbps down.
The listed network speed keeps fluctuating constantly and there are messages like this in logcat.
And there has been NO acknowledgement of this issue from Samsung.
It's 10th of October already and the Indian variant of this phone has not even received the OTA update so we don't even know if the October update release fixes this issue.
Can you please get it together and start communicating?
1. Has anyone on your team realized that this is a problem that should be fixed?
2. If yes, Is there a fix in progress?
3. How long do we have to wait for this?
There are a lot of people who bought this phone in the recent sales who'll have these problems and your attitude towards this whole ordeal has been extremely unprofessional.
DO NOT suggest generic ways to fix this problem. I have tried resetting network settings, Resetting the phone, Trying a different SSID, Enhanced mode, Disabling power saving mode, Restarting the phone and nothing has helped so far.
And DO NOT suggest that I visit a service center. There are a good number of people who have received faulty phone in replacements as well and still have this Wifi Issue.

Galaxy SI have tried this and several other solutions like disabling wifi calling, turning on/off airplane mode.
It's not a reliable fix. It works sometimes but the speeds still drop to 50mbps sometimes.
From this one spot, My Poco F1 is locked onto 866mbps link speed where as this S20 FE 5G keeps flipping between 243mbps/526mbps/650mbps/780mbps. It is rarely if at all able to establish 780 mbps link speeds.
But these are mostly irrelevant because something else also applies rate limits which I see when I am downloading something or doing a test via iperf3.

Galaxy SI just bought this phone for my son today. I am still currently trying to get all the same games he likes to play that he had on his iPhone. I am trying to get Fortnite mobile but the update it's downloading currently is so slow that I could drive across the USA and back and it still wouldn't be done. I literally downloaded the same update last weekend and it downloaded fast on my s22 ultra. Why pay for 1gbs internet for the s20 fe to download something like it's on dial up internet 🤦♂️🤦♂️
Before someone comes at me yes I know WiFi isn't as fast as being wired. My s22 ultra gets a little over 400 down

Galaxy SIn my case , wifi was slow to load the app ( for most of the apps , not in mobile browser). Based on some suggestion i found somewhere, disabled "google wifi provisioner app". Restarted phone and things seem normal now.
