S20 FE 5G Heating Issue

I recently bought a S20 FE 5g. While using camera for 5mins the phone is getting hot. The cpu temperature goes more than  60 degrees ( used apps like cpu monitor, dev info to measure cpu temperature). With normal usage of phone the cpu temperature is around 40 degrees which I feel is unusual as other phones I have used it is mostly 33 degrees. Also with infrared thermometer the temperature went upto 48 degrees for 5mins usage.

Is this a software issue or hardware issue like the SD865? Will this be fixed with an update?

Did u download the July update? Coz I am facing the same after the July update

I haven't updated to latest software. It's still runs with MAY software version.

If you record or capture in High resolution then device gets heated up but only up to 45°C maximum. Either you will get software update or if hardware issue then visit Samsung Authorised Service center in your city.

Thanks for the reply, I am thinking to return the phone as this cpu temperature issue ( also this phone seems to have poor cooling mechanism) can affect the phone in long term

It's normal to get device hot during using camera ..
If it is in outdoor i will make the hotness even severe..

Buy it could be solved to some extent by software updates...

Just sent error report to samsung detaily

Yes. Normal upto 45° for long video recording. But 60°C is nowhere near normal

But he didn't mention whether it was in outdoor or indoor ...
Samsung could improve this through software update..
