S20 FE 5G Display BLACKOUT issue on Sep-Oct'2022 units

I have purchased S20 FE 5G , During SALE on September 2022, this device comes with very low impressive price so decided to buy this old phone in 2022.

Phone has very impressive Flagship feautes,  but after 6 days of using phone display suddenly became BLACKOUT , tried everty normal thing to start display but not sucess so went to service center and come to know that this most phone has this issue which are sold on SALE during sep-oct 2022 so better to take replacement and give it to seller and better to take money back.

So request SAMSUNG Galaxy team to look into this matter and support positivly to all customers who purchased this phone during this Oct-Sep 2022 SALE.

Facing the same issue, however not getting any help from Samsung/Amazon. Purchased from Amazon, and have seen that many purchasers in Recent period are facing the same issue (please check reviews (Most Recent ones) against the product. It seems to be manufacturing issue. However, Samsung is denying it.

We as a consumer are being cheated as neither Samsung nor Amazon is replacing the same. Amazon says it is not within return policy period i.e. 7 days. And Samsung has issued DoA letter, which Amazon is not accepting.

What is the way out, not getting to know ?

If Samsung has given DoA letter than Amazon has not rights to deny,

U have to fight with Amazon now , do complain on Amazon customer care via email aslo. 

Amazon must accept this DoA and replace your device .

Have tried with via calls and mails, but of no use. Further, would like to highlight that the issue have been found in most of the recent purchases. Seems to be manufacturing bug which Samsung is not acknowledging for which ultimately samsung customer has to suffer.

If anyone can assist in replacing the faulty product.

yes its seems to manufacturing BUG or hardware issue, and all are facing during this Festive SALE purchased,

I have purchased locally and got DoA from Samsung, so local dealer accepted my DoA and given my money back after many requestes from my side, infact we are 4 people who has purchased same mobile so our voices are little bit efective than other and luckly we all got our money back.

boss for your case you have to fight , go to counsumer portal and file a complait ,

hello..

any update you receive from Samsung or Amazon,

my collegue buy from Amazon but after 12 days same issue, and as per amazon return policy is over so he went to samsung service station for replacment direct from company bt they denied and ask to replace screen underwarranty.
