S20 FE 4g Heating and Batter Drainage Issue.

Hi Guys

I 

My Phone is getting heated upto 45 degree Celsius amd battery online life is reduced to just 5 hrs. How can I rid of this problem in my Samsung Galaxy, s20 FE 4g version. Customer care support was saying 45 Celsius is normal heat only.

I am using power saver mode just for the sake of battery backup. Other wise I may need to charge my phone thrice a day. I am not even a gamer. Just youtube n whatsapp only.

That only affects the phone if playing games
He can use medium power saving mode
