S20 FE 4g Heating and Batter Drainage Issue.

I 

My Phone is getting heated upto 45 degree Celsius amd battery online life is reduced to just 5 hrs. How can I rid of this problem in my Samsung Galaxy, s20 FE 4g version. Customer care support was saying 45 Celsius is normal heat only.

IT'S STOP ALL UNUSED APPS FROM USING RAM ,SPACE AND BATTERY USAGE

I M USING IT AND IT'S HAVE BENEFITS !

You can try, it seems to be giving different results for different devices.

The ones lacking optimisation causes higher drain, while some shows no difference.

Already done this and disabled animations in developer options. Also using Power saving mode. Just wanted to know how much similar phones battery last long? Mine just dropper from 90% to 20% in 4 hours of usage. Is this normal?
