30X Zoom is awesome but no focus facility . What's the problem ??

hi sir, want help from you all. i am using smsng j7 prime. in galaxy there are 3dots on top that shows MY PAGE . so on clicking my page it shows updates. while UPDATE ALL it is not updating and showing errprs with some alpha numeric message. so skype, excel, word, powerpoint all not getting updated. if you all help pls. my whtsap no 9733270520

kindly update camera software clear cache of camera reduce zoom try auto focus in camera or try single take android 10 bugs software problem

in galaxy store try to clear cache and factory reset phone some glitch while updating occured have proper connection of internet

optics are the problem here s20 does not have dual autofocus tech on there camera

it's a bug problem all s20 devices have that try pro mode and adjust as per requirement to manually focus on image
