Please be advised that your device lacks a SIM manager, which prevents the addition of an eSIM. This limitation is due to your device's eSIM being locked to a specific network, making it incompatible with additional eSIMs. This situation is commonly encountered with Korean versions of Samsung smartphones.
As a potential solution, you may consider Odin flashing your phone with a new firmware from an alternative CSC (Country Specific Code) or region.

If you're trying to upgrade to eSIM but can't find the SIM Manager, there are several potential reasons and solutions to consider. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and potentially fix the issue:
1. Ensure Device Compatibility
Not all devices support eSIM. First, check if your phone or device supports eSIM. For Android devices, many newer models have this feature, but older models might not. Here's how to check:
Go to your phone's settings:
Open Settings > About phone > SIM status.
Look for an option mentioning eSIM or SIM Manager.
If eSIM isn't listed, your phone might not support it, or your specific model/carrier might not allow the feature.
2. Check Carrier Support
Even if your device supports eSIM, your carrier must also support eSIM functionality. Some carriers may not offer eSIM services yet, or there may be regional restrictions. Confirm with your mobile provider whether eSIM is supported on your plan.
3. Update Your Software
If your device supports eSIM, but the SIM Manager isn't appearing, try updating your phone’s software:
Settings > Software update > Download and install (on Android).
Sometimes new updates enable eSIM features that weren't available on previous versions of your phone’s OS.
4. Enable eSIM via Carrier's App
Some carriers manage eSIM functionality through their dedicated apps. Check if your carrier has an app where you can manage your SIM and eSIM settings. Once you install the app, it may guide you through the eSIM activation process.
5. Factory Reset (Last Resort)
If nothing else works and you're sure your phone and carrier both support eSIM, performing a factory reset might solve any glitches with the missing SIM Manager. Make sure to back up all your data before doing this.
Settings > System > Reset > Factory Data Reset.
6. Contact Customer Support
If after trying all the steps above you still can’t activate eSIM, contact your carrier’s customer support or visit a store. They may be able to guide you through additional troubleshooting steps or activate eSIM on their end.
