After update UI4  extra dim option is not showing for my S10plus did any one face this same problem???

It's in the notification area. Pull your notification bar down. Swipe to the extreme right. Click on + icon. You'll see the option.

initially when the phone was completing the installation process extra dim option was their in the notification panel but as soon as the update process completed,  it disappeared.

Samsung removed it in S10 series. I've seen a similar video regarding that on YouTube...
