My s10e doesn't focus at all. It gets confused on what and where to focus. Sample video below.
The service center guys updated the software and I proved it still it wasn't focusing, they simply told that "this is a feature" pathetic.




Can anyone help me

ple.check if there is any software update come.use default camera app.got to camera settings reset camera setting once.then check

hi hanumant, I did reset settings, cleared cache, factory reset. nothing helped

Get ur camera hard where checked. I got the same issue in note 9 . replaced camera umder warranty

yeah I went for replacement these guys said that that is a feature. 😔

To resolve "Camera"issue kindly follow the given below steps:

 

1)Reset camera settings: Camera > Settings > Scroll up > Reset settings > Tap on Reset.
2) Safe mode : Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note : To exit safe mode restart the device .

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

I did both the steps and the issue still persists.
