Hi, I owned my S10e for about 9 months. Recently, in a span of 3 weeks, the System UI stopped responding twice. I have downloaded the bug report. I don't know if it's an issue of software/hardware.

This is how the phone behaved. After phone is locked, while trying to open again by double tapping/ by fingerprint reader, nothing happens. Then if you press and hold the power button, a pop up message appears informing "System UI is not responding" with two options wait & Okay.

When this happened for the first time, when the phone didn't respond, I thought the phone has been switched off by accident. Or maybe the battery has drained out completely. But neither were the causes!
Please help. The phone is still under warranty

Hello,
I think this can be solved by clearing the cache of "system UI" app. (Also Force stop it).
(Settings > Apps > tap the small menu at the left of "Your apps" > Toggle ON "Show system apps" > Search "System UI" > Force stop > Storage > Clear Cache) > Restart device.
Also please make sure your device software and all the apps from both stores are up to date.
If you have too many widgets on your homescreen, delete those which are not necessary.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
