I recently purchased S10e but however from day one I am facing issue with the battery. Battery drains out very fast. If I leave it idle overnight, it consumes more that 20%. I tried all the battery mode but the issue persist. Is anyone facing same issue? Is there a solution to It??
Hi, first of all, please check whether your software is up to date. Then update all the apps from both playstore and galaxy store. After that, wipe your cache partition. Also please try topping up the battery to 100% repeatedly 2-3 times. (TO WIPE CACHE PARTITION: Switch off your phone. Press and hold, power key, Bixby key and volume up key for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on. You will reach the recovery mode. Use your volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally this will not erase any of your personal data or settings.) Let me see whether it works. Thank you.
Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..).
