Galaxy S(TO WIPE CACHE PARTITION: Switch off your phone. Press and hold, power key, Bixby key and volume up key for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on. You will reach the recovery mode.
Use your volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device.
Normally this will not erase any of your personal data or settings.)
Let me see whether it works. Thank you.

Galaxy SHello there,
Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..). However, if you feel that the device battery drains quickly when no function is used, please send the device to one of the service centres to discover and fix the problem. www.samsung.com/ae/support/servicelocation/.
Thank you
