Please let me know if there any feature that allows me to scroll through pages using the fingerprint sensor in my samsung S10E

Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures and toggle on Finger sensor gestures.

[VishnuKA]

gestures are already turned on..that would only work for notification bar.
