Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
Check device in safe mode:
Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
Enter safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.>Press and hold the power off icon.
Exist safe mode: Press volume down and power key simultaneously for 5 seconds to restart the device.
Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Galaxy SI have this same problem with my S10Plus after using for 17 months.
It just suddenly appear. Never drop or knock. I have shock proof protection case and screen protector from day 1.

Galaxy SI am using s10 plus 1tb since oct 2019 warranty already expired and today only i am facing same issue of yellow flikering specially in low back light. If i make my back light full high then its gone. Please explain me how to resolve this issue

Galaxy SI had same issue and it was slowly started after the update, I tried every possible ways, even I contacted CEO desk. They admitted it was Samsung problem but they did not change the display at free cost or discounted rate due to Samsung gulf policy. Finally I replaced display at 1/3 rd cost of the phone. Very bad service from Samsung.
