Same thing happened to me, the pre order explicitly stated that the product will ship on 3rd of March, 2019. After 3 days from the "supposed" shipping day there is no update on the shipping. Other vendors who offered pre orders already shipped the device. Very disappointed with the service I received, finally i decided to cancel the pre order.
