S10 plus one ui 3.1 lags and stutters.

Anybody still noticing lags and stutters even after ui 3.1 update.

I thought 3.1 would solve stuttering problem but it didn't.

I also did factory reset but it didn't solve it.

Someone in my family bought m12, it comes with ui 3.1 out of the box and even though it's 90 hz display, I noticed the same lags and stutters as in my s10 plus.

What is Samsung doing...

Yes but a brand new device, with no apps installed shouldn't have lags and stutters
