S10 plus lagging after One ui 3.0

The phone is lagging too much if I increase the brightness to the max.

Swiping left and right in the apps menu is lagging as hell.

Comment below if you're experiencing the same.

Do wipe cache partition.

nope, if the bug is integrated in the firmware, then no factory reset can solve it.

I'm having lagging issues too after I updated my S10 (exynos version) to one UI 3.0.

Normal daily tasks are okay but there are noticeable lags during games. 

Pretty sure my next phone won't be a samsung one now.
