Galaxy SGo to Settings > Apps > Youtube, then go to Storage and below you should see Clear Data option. Tap on it then run YouTube again and check if the problem is solved.

otherwise it would be video problem
because I till now I hadn't have that experience with youtube

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
