S10 plus Proximity issue

I have problem with my s10+ .When calling and the phone is on my ear, the screen turns off. However when moving my phone away from my ear the screen stays off during the call. I have to push the power button to wake the screen up. I have  done factory reset also. Anyone have idea about this, is it a hardware issue?, please let me know.

May be the cause behind this is May Update.

even iam facing same issue not only with the call even with the 'wake up when you lift' option also it is not turning on the screen when i lift it

Yes, in my case also screen fails to wake in some instances. Can't understand what to do. Another aspect is both the issues are not continuous. It is happening once in 20 or 10 call. Once in 10 to 20 lift.
