Is there any difference in turning on enhanced processing mode?

If you turn on the enhanced processing mode the CPU utilization is more and using more RAM to provide better performance and keep many apps in the background.
but at the same time it drains battery very quickly.

Yes. I tested in my Note 10 plus. but not using now.

Best mode is Adaptive battery.

Enhanced processing will help in heavy games and stuff but you wont see any major differences in general usage.

Moreover it will drain more battery. So choice is yours you need battery or performance.
