Since the last update my s10plus cannot play and download hd and hdr content in the prime video app. All the settings have been checked downlaod and playback options have been set to "Best"
The app is behaving as if S10 plus is not widevine L1 certified.
Anybody else having this issue?
If you are using the s10 plus pls check

FHD plus is working but not hdr...
data for samsung 1hr is 1.82GB
while in oneplus 6t or above is 2.35GB/hr...
you can check in someone elses phone

I have play issue during amazon prime apps ...it's play only in HD not in 4k I am having s 10 plus help
