Galaxy SSamsung is trash!! S10+ pattern lock not working after update. It said wrong pattern even though I am entering the correct pattern (btw finger print and face recognition function is not activated too so it is definitely a malfunction). I try forced restart, still the same. Then I try safe mode attempting to backup but it put phone in airplane mode.
Since I don't have remote unlock function activated on this phone, I am completely locked out. I chatted with Samsung staff and he said the only way is to bring to shop for hard reset.
Seriously, Samsung is untrustable, irresponible and only jeopardize your life. Will never buy it again !!
