After recent update of Android Security Patch 1 June 2020, One UI Version 2.1, Samsung S10 SM G973F is losing data connection in every 15 mins. I have to reset the network connection every time. I have already done hard reboot and network reset but not working. Please give me a solution except for factory reset.

this happens mostly due to corrupted update . you can visit service center for flash the latest software again

using cellular data while downloading updates causes this issue of corrupt update package

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
