Is anyone having issue with heating? 
My phone heats a lot and fast charging is not working. It takes more than 2 hours for full charge.
Pretty much disappointed with this product.

s10 lite normal temperature crosses 36 to 40 even for normal usage
.fast charging is not working ?

Yes. too much heat. it's difficult to use. fast charging was working perfectly during first month. Now, it takes long time to charge also fast discharge

yup 2 volte definitely it will increase for s10 lite . so I'm only using one sim since it's like that from start

Yes Recently iam to facing issues in my phone, heating and not charging at all

icon shows its charging but its not charrging

Please be assured and to resolve "Battery drainage" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1)Battery optimization:-Settings>Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory
2) Close background running apps:-Tap on recent key and close the background running application.
