Hi.

I am facing issues with Amazon prime video hardware acceleration, id it's turned on the video does not play and when its turned off, the video plays perfectly.

The thing is we need to turn hardware acceleration on to watch content in HD. As per my info, S10 Lite

 widevine L1 certification.

Please check.

same issue facing, its after one ui 2.5 update. its really frustrating now.

Yeah. Before update it was working fine. Hope Samsung gives an update soon to fix it.

I have an opposite observation. If I keep 'Use hardware acceleration' off my videos are running fine.

So I think either keep it on or off depending on what suits you should be tried.

working perfectly fine in my s10 lite .. with hardware acceleration on .. attached screenshot playing video in 1080p HD

Doesn't happen with all shows. Check an Amazon original show like The Boys.

even that I tried but doent see any issues... played in 1080p .. see the screenshot

Then you're either super lucky or something else going on with the settings or an app that's interfering. This has been reported by a lot of users since the latest update.

may be but not sure why so many people has the issue.. Hope samsung or Amazon will identify and fix this issue.😊
