My Galaxy S10+ is 3 months old. Is there a solution from Samsung that covers this accidental damage?

I approached Support but they gave me an cost estimate which was half of what a new Note 10+ costs.

I am surprised they make such delicate phones but dont have a solution for customers who paid for this premium device, in case its damaged.

Very disappointed.

they are responsible for making such delicate phones, considering we paid a premium, it shouldn't cost so much!!
the iPhone at the same costs has a better screen replacement program and after 2 years sells for double of what samsung will sell for. Samsung should really take better care of its loyal customers

get from a local store or if you can use the touch screen, keep using until all of it becomes unusable

iPhone is for the people without brains to begin with that's why it still sells ridiculously high anyhow if you thinking you gonna have a screen replaced in low cost within Pakistan, dream on 😅, you is better off buying the screen separately and installing it by watching videos that is after your screen is not responding completely.

that may be, but when I pay a premium service, I expect premium after sales support.
i am not even complaining about poor resale for same reason. At this high cost, it should at least survive minor shocks and falls. it was in a cover with protective screen cover film. Yet it broke. the least they could do is give us some free replacement/ low cost after sales support. at this point I am better of buying a new phone from LG or Oneplus with slightly more money than replacing screen.
