When i opened samsung music yesterday, the app was in hung state. It wasn't responding to any of my touch. I force stopped the app and reopened it. Same issues. So i had to restart my mobile which fixed the issue. This morning, when i opened samsumg members, it generated bug report and asked me to send it to samsumg and i did it. Has anyone had any similar experience in following up such issue of sending bug report and succeeded in getting response from samsung ?
