S10 Power Button Came Out

I dont know what material is used to make power button on a flagship device... when i removed my back cover the power button came off from the body... i am using samsung device for last 7 years. I use several hard case for my previous galaxy devices and dont face such issues untill now.. As a Flagship Device its the company responsibility to make sure that the product quality before selling the product.. Iam saying as a fan member of samsung device.. I placed a complaint at service centre and they told me to wait untill the power comes.. I need the warrenty for this issue.. it is the manufacturing problem that iam facing... if the power button don't change with warrenty i will go with legal procedure... or i need to replace with a new device..

i have the same issue with my note 10 plus, my power button fell off. I want to know if they have to open the back panel of the phone to replace the same.

I don't think so, I am just more concerned about getting a new power button.

my samsung s10plus also same issue power key and bixby key both came out but till am not get any solution from samsung service center

same problem in s10 . customer care is misleading by telling its due to wrong usage. how on earth can anyone misuse power key and bixby key.they are demanding 15000 for a power button

i am also facing the same issue with my s10 plus.. earlier I lost the bixby button And now the power button.. am a samsung user from last 10 years and this is the first time I have faced this kind of issue.. Samsung service center is saying that I need to replace on my own cost.. common with so many users having the issue how could it be possible that it is users fault.. Samsung.. please if you have hosted this app.. have the courage to speak up and let us know what's the restitution for this..

I have the same problem, My power button and bixby button on samsung s10plus came out, Its made up of some sticky low quality substances..Thats not the way i except something on a flagship device from such a big brand. EVEN the phone is JUST 7 MONTHS old ..Unbelievable...infact the volume button is about to pop out anytime soon..
