S10 Plus overheating issue

My Galaxy S10 Plus gets overheated & huge lagging with Mobile Data+PUBG... Temperature range is 45-48 Degree Celsius... Why Samsung did it with an expensive flagship phone like S10 Plus??? There is any solution to control overheating and lag???
