S10 Plus September Update not Provided to S10 Users on Time

This is a new low by Samsung that entire September went by and no updates were provided to Indian users of Samsung S10 Plus however updates were sent to other Geographic location users. While other countries users are getting the September updates, Indian users along with many other countries have been deprived of this update till now. Samsung has charged us heafty price for Samsung S10 Plus, I believe timely monthly updates should be one of the services included in this heafty price which Samsung has taken from us however Samsung has failed to fulfill this commitment. Earlier you use to provide update at the end of the month instead of beginning of the month and the new low in your service is that now you don't even provide any update during September. You should be sued for this deficiency in your services Samsung.

Kindly do the needful as mentioned below:

1. Render an apology to all Samsung Users for keeping them in dark by delaying the update.

2. Fix a Firm Date for Every month on which users should get the Firmware Update. We NO MORE WANT TO KEEP CHECKING MANUALLY EVERYDAY TO SEE IF THERE IS A FIRMWARE UPDATE WAITING FOR US.

3. Immediately release September Firmware Update to Pan India users of S10 / S10 Plus without fail.

the saddest part is that one keeps checking for updates manually everyday in expectation that someday an update would be there. They must fix a rollout date.

yes, im still at August security patch. no update for September. now we have entered october as well.

Samsung must seriously introspect to fix their internal update roll out processes. There is seriously something wrong with Samsung.
