Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform the reset settings (Settings>>general management>>reset>>reset settings).
> Perform the reset app preferences (Settings>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
> Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.
> If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
