Dear Samsung,
I'm using an S10+ for past 3 months and I'm generally very happy with this phone. Many users will congratulate you on the overall quality of the phone but a few, like me, will point out the shortcomings.
1. Price to performance ratio - S10+ at almost Rs. 65000 compared to the likes of Realme X2 Pro and even Oneplus 7T, is expensive. I understand that Samsung, being a premium company, will charge premium for its products but it has to be justified.
2. Battery Life Complicated - To be honest, I have to charge my phone more than twice a day. I use my phone a lot. I attend to close to 120 calls a day, each lasting for an average 3 minutes. I also play some light games and watch about 1.5 to 2 hours of youtube. And I charge my phone more than 2 times a day.
3. Charging Speeds - With the 10 watt wireless charger, it takes ages. Even with the In-Box Wall charger, it takes about 120 minutes from 25% to 100%. As an ex User of Oneplus 5T, I feel weird that a Rs. 25000 2 year old phone charges from 0 to 100 in less than 1 hour and 40 mins.
4. Lack of Fast Charging - I even tried using my Note 10+ wall charger and it doesn't charge quickly. I know I seem like ranting only about battery but especially since I moved from carrying 2 Separate smartphone to Carrying a Single S10+, I have started feeling handicapped and anxious about battery life.
5. Constant Sim Network Issue - I have a Airtel Kolkata Postpaid on Sim 1 and Vodafone Kolkata Prepaid on Sim 2. Vodafone calls do not drop but I get a peculiar problem with my Primary Airtel number. Once a call is connected or received by me, I can speak for about 5 seconds and then I can't hear anything. However the person on the other side can clearly hear me saying hello hello constantly. And then either of us have to hang up. Sometimes if we are patient enough the voice from the other side becomes clear after about 10 seconds. I though the problem was from my carriers end and I went and changed my SIM card. But even that did not help me. This happens with about 50% of my calls.
6. Slow Internet - with my Oneplus 5T, I never had a problem with playing games like PUBG or even GOLF BATTLE. But with this phone and the same Airtel 4G connection, I literally have to sit beside the window to play anything. It is just tiring to use the SIM Internet and I mostly have to rely on my WIFI.

I have been writing this message for the past 40 minutes and the screen is at 30% brightness and already my phone has reached 73% from 94%. Other than these problems, I am generally satisfied with my phone.

If at all any Samsung Executives come across this message, Please Help Me.

completely agree with you. A 60k phone doesn't have already 25w fast charging. there were rumors back in April that fast charging is possible and will be pushed via an update I lost hope now

but personally I recommend you to flash your last software from Samsung service center...sometimes if you install software from your own network or wifi(vary person to person),then if network is little bit slow then it can skip some important files possibly..this issue called as file skip in issue leads to produce poor battery backup, ui lag,app crush, poor camera performance etc..so if problem percist after software update from own network, then allaways I recommend you to flash that same firmware instead of simply downloading it through wifi or mobile networks
