S10+ OTA update not working

My phone is not pulling any update OTA. Last firmware update was 1st Feb 2019 and its showing that my software is up to date. 

How do I get Android 10 OTA

maybe your phone is carrier locked or rom has been changed.
have you purchased this phone from Pakistan?
