My s10 I just got has a issue revolving around the network and mobile data feature. I can't seem to use data, but it does detect mobile networks. What could the problem be?
Hi! Try checking the APN settings under Mobile Network settings. Sometimes the phone detects the network but fails to access data if the APN is missing or incorrect. Also, resetting network settings or inserting the SIM into another phone for testing might help. Hope it works!
