Not able to use type-c earphone at all. An error pops in the notification panel " Usb connected" followed by "USB disconnected" which happens numerous times unless unolugged. After connecting the charging cable it sometimes doesn't charge the phone and sometimes it does. Or keeps turning on and off. Its really weird because the earphones work just fine with other devices. This all happened after the latest s10 lite update on July 3. Pls look into this matter and fix the bug asap or should i visit the nearest samsung service center.

on the home page at the bottom you will find get help tab, click on it and scroll down. you will find a error report button, click on it and do the needful
