Hi, 

Apologies if this has been posted earlier.
Anyone facing issue with S10 Lite camera? pictures are blurry, focus issue and whtsapp video has strange ghosting. Any solution. Have raised a ticket but no response on it.

PRESS power key to get the power off menu. Tap and hold power off 1st red icon for 2 seconds and you will get option to reboot in safe mode. select safe mode to reboot phone. open camera app and reset settings. also long press camera app icon and tap on the i logo to go to app settings. go to storage and clear data.
Now start the camera app and see if it is OK.
Reboot phone to return to normal mode again

yes same here 11.0.00.54
I used Samsung phones for almost 8 year(S7 and Note2),never had such issue.

I still have Galaxy s2 working. It appears to be a Hardware problem and your camera sensor might be faulty which can be solved by the service center

whtsapp video are worst..check the ghosting..not sure how to post an video so attaching an image

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

 

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.
