S10 Lite One UI 3.1

Got one UI 3.1 update in my Samsung galaxy S10 Lite today. But couldn't see any new features added.

Labs option isn't available in photo editor still after the update..kindly tell how to activate?

Seems this is not included in update.

Instead of keep on spamming same thing again and again. Its already reported as its not available. But it was shown in changelog. One of BA has forwarded it to team
