S10 Light notifications on dark theme

Does this happen to anyone else? Seems weird when some messages appear in dark mode while some in light. Any thoughts?

System wide dark mode will be in Android 10

But isn't it funny that 2 msgs from same app appear differently? i suspect it more of a UI bug than to do with android's version

its because swiggy app dont support dark mode yet

Well another notification from swiggy appears in dark mode though... I've noticed this kind of behaviour even for missed calls and messages. iam sure one UI supports dark mode.
