S10+ - Issues after July Security Patch

Experiencing terrible idle battery drain and unable to place 5 apps on Favorites tray (Home).

Tried a full reset but nothing changed. Anyone else experiencing such issues?

a50 is causing similar problems...what could b d reason??. I thought expensive phones don't hve such issues..
