S10 5G PTA Approval

I've heard a quite a few years ago that S10 5G cannot be PTA approved. But there's no link or news regarding this. So, I want to ask why was it banned and has the ban been lifted or not?

It might be... but I can't be so sure because the sellers are usually selling rooted S10 5Gs. I haven't seen a one with the box and complete accessories

You can unroot it btw or like re install its firmware and its as good as new. And for the pta thing i wouldn't recommend getting it approved its just not worth it

I know I can unroot it... I got this rooted phone with imei change patch so I can use the sim. It's a hassle to carry two phones.

This phone was never banned. I don't know who lied to you about it. Just pay the tax and enjoy. Make sure that your phone has original IMEI.
