S series charging/heating

A lot of S series users (S10,S20,S21,S20FE  etc) are facing slow charging and overheating after April security patch. 

I called customer care and the representative said they are collecting device feedback for May security patch. (To be rolled out in May)

Please take out some time and register your complaint regarding charging issue.

Maybe this way we'll get a fix soon.

Mine also facing fasr charging issue even with 25 watt.

Same here. 25W charger takes 1hr30min for a full charge when mobile is off.

It it takes 1 hour 40 minutes with 15w for my s20 fe from 0 to 100

S20FE has no super fast charging option. So it charges slowly.

I dont understand that why is the device overheating when fast charging is not working.

Note 20 ultra I have also has the same issue. I have had this issue since I bought the phone. After the update this has been severe. Strangely, if phone restarts, the phone heats up significantly. Camera usage for few minutes heats up the phone. The fast charger takes longer time to charge too, with severe heating issue, in spite of no fast charging.
